+ Cancelling Reservation:
Here are the rules regarding cancelling a reservation: Full refund on deposit if cancelling 14 days before reserved date. 70% refund on deposit if cancelling 10-13 days before reserved date. 50% refund on deposit if cancelling 7-9 days before reserved date. 40% refund on deposit if cancelling 4-6 days before reserved date. 30% refund on deposit if cancelling 2-3 days before reserved date. 20% refund on deposit if cancelling 1 day before reserved date. No refund on deposit if cancelling on reserved date. Full refund on deposit in the event of irreversible factors such as natural disaster, typhoon (according to issued sea alerts by the Central Weather Bureau) and earthquake.
Smoking and drinking are prohibited in Errantry. Please do not reserve if your friends or relatives have smoking habits, thank you.
Please keep your valuables with you at all times. Errantry will not be held liable for any losses or damages, thank you for your understanding.
Currently Errantry Lodge does not have appropriate rooms for guests with pets. To avoid the trouble of searching for a new hostel upon your arrival, please do not reserve.

As our workload is relatively high, we regret to inform you that we do not provide pickup service.
You need to take a taxi to Errantry Lodge (Journey takes about 10 min. from Hualien train station to Lodge).
(You will enjoy the central mountain fresh air in your 10 min ride from the city centre).
Besides that, you may want to consider to contact friendly taxi driver, named Ms. Ho, at +886 932 651 572 to make transport arrangement, (License Plate number: TBA-028). From Errantry Lodge to Hualien Railway Station((will pick you up at Hualien Railway Station Luggage room ^^) or downtown such as Nanbin Night Market, that costs only NT 180 / ride for these routes.
